My passion for workshop facilitation started almost six years ago when my former manager asked me to find a way to spark innovation within the team I was part of at that time. I will forever be grateful for that team's willingness and enthusiasm to test all the brainstorming and problem solving techniques I was coming up with (some more sucessful than others 😅).That was also the time I first (by chance) discovered the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD or in other others words, "how to solve some of the most complex problems of a business" or "an individual's existential problems" with LEGO bricks. ⏩Fast forward into the present - a couple of weeks ago I finally completed the facilitator training and I am now a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD worshop designer and facilitator 🥳This workshop facilitation method has many different applications and some of my favorite ones are: ✅testing a new business strategy in a safe environment✅testing the impact of a particular event on a business ✅entrepreneurship & coachingOne other thing I love about this method is that it is hard to grasp how all these can be achieved through building with bricks.
