@BarryMa45457785 @Ask_Spectrum The router doesn't provide Internet. It only provides a home network. If the modern has no Internet, there is nothing for the router to route, but the home network will still be there.

@Ask_Spectrum 14032, service went down on Friday. I was emailed my bill today but no update with an eta on service restoration. I have power. Roads are good, I drove to the store. Communication matters!!! No need to tell me to DM. Just communicate with your customers!!

I’ve timed the breaks and on average, it’s a 5 second break every 2.5 mins. Zip code 11372 NYC. I’ll give you my account info when your sending me credits for a bill.
